In the JV department, the deal is the byproduct of the relationship. The Sr. Private Client Executive manages our most established and complex Private Client relationships at the senior level.

You handle everything a PCC handles but at a higher level of complexity, with a more established book of Private Clients, and with greater autonomy in the decisions you make on behalf of Fazio. You are also available to your PCCs when they need guidance on complex situations, and you model what senior-level client service looks like in this department.

What You Will Be Responsible For

The Sr. Private Client Executive carries the full scope of client services responsibilities for their book at a senior level. You onboard clients, evaluate deals with precision, maintain world-class communication standards, manage deal cards and client data, and develop your own book beyond company-assigned relationships. You are also the go-to resource when PCCs need guidance on complex situations, and you model the standard of this department in everything you do.

Senior Client Relationship and Communication
  • Manage your full book of Private Clients at the senior level delivering world-class communication, consistent deal support, and the standard of service that makes Fazio the most valued partner in their business
  • Respond to all deal submissions within 24 hours with thorough written feedback covering viability, underwriting notes, and clear next steps
  • Deliver buyer and Dispo feedback on every marketing deal every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or at the cadence the client specified during onboarding
  • Maintain responsive communication across Google Chat, phone, text, and email ensuring no client goes more than one business day without a meaningful update
  • During the marketing phase share buyer interest, inquiry volume, and offer activity to coach your client on next steps or whether a price reduction is needed without disclosing sensitive pricing details
  • Introduce each client to their assigned TSA or TSM and to Edwin, the Lead Manager, at the start of every deal
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex client situations including deal disputes, split renegotiations, and frustrated partner conversations that require senior-level judgment
Advanced Deal Intake, Underwriting and Structuring
  • Review all inbound deal submissions from your book with diligent underwriting to confirm deal viability, verify numbers, and determine whether the deal can move forward or requires a price reduction
  • Verify all deal components are present: executed contract, additional required documents, and property photos. Confirm photos are original and not pulled from MLS, prior listings, or agent databases
  • Coordinate getting new photos when needed or offer Fazio's photo service at an applicable fee. For land and select properties confirm Google Maps screenshots are acceptable
  • Verify property access for every deal: occupied or vacant, by whom, and how showings will be arranged
  • Confirm the JV partner's authorization for Fazio's JV team and Transaction Success team to contact the seller directly on their behalf
  • Negotiate JV splits, handle Closing Assistance coordination, and structure complex deals including creative finance, novations, and high-equity opportunities at the senior level
  • Use deal feedback and Dispo insights to coach partners on improving their submissions and growing the quality of their deal flow over time
Client Onboarding, Book Building and Market Presence
  • Guide every new Private Client through the full JV Onboarding process including completing all onboarding criteria and reviewing the Private Client Handbook together
  • Collect complete client intake information including name, phone, email, birthday, office or home address, client start date, preferred feedback cadence, lead types, lead sources, marketing methods, and monthly marketing spend
  • Introduce qualified partners to the Mafia Method program and manage your quarterly allocation with the discipline and selectivity it deserves
  • Actively develop new self-generated JV partnerships through networking, social media, REI events, online communities, and direct outreach at a senior level
  • Represent Fazio as a senior brand ambassador at industry events and in online communities, publishing value-driven content that builds the company's reputation in the JV space
  • Build a growing pipeline of high-quality self-generated partners that expands the department's reach beyond company-assigned relationships
Deal Management, Internal Coordination and Mentorship
  • Own and maintain the JV Deal Card checklist for every active deal in your book ensuring all required information is complete before each stage advance
  • Keep your clients' Client Cards updated in ReSimply with any new information as it comes in and maintain front-end data accuracy at all times
  • Coordinate with Transaction Success and Dispositions on every deal communicating deal details, seller access, and partner preferences that affect the process
  • Communicate all Fazio services to your clients including Closing Assistance and Transaction Coordination framing the experience as seamless and hands-off as possible
  • Mentor PCCs through complex partner situations, deal structuring challenges, and client relationship issues through direct guidance and deal reviews
  • Provide leadership with regular strategic input on partner trends, market conditions, and JV department opportunities

A Sr. Private Client Executive at Fazio is measured by the quality and consistency of their book, the client experience they deliver, and the business those relationships compound over time. You will know you are excelling when your Private Clients are satisfied, their deal submissions are improving, your repeat partner relationships are growing, your self-generated book is producing, and the PCCs around you are better at their job because of your presence in this department.

Availability and Compensation

Real estate does not always operate on a Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 schedule. While this role is not structured to demand evenings or weekends, there are occasions where light activity, a time-sensitive message, or a deal update may surface outside of standard hours. This is the exception, not the rule. That said, we want to understand your flexibility and your commitment to the mission.

Compensation Overview

This is a performance-based contracted role. Compensation is earned per deal closed with monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities tied to volume, speed, accuracy, and the experience you create for every party involved. Sr. Private Client Executives at Fazio typically earn between $5,000 and $12,000 per month depending on deal volume, average deal size, and the depth of their partner book. PCEs with strong repeat partner relationships and consistent self-generated deal flow earn well above that range. Full compensation details are shared during the interview process.
