In the JV department, the deal is the byproduct of the relationship. The Sr. Private Client Executive manages our most established and complex Private Client relationships at the senior level.
You handle everything a PCC handles but at a higher level of complexity, with a more established book of Private Clients, and with greater autonomy in the decisions you make on behalf of Fazio. You are also available to your PCCs when they need guidance on complex situations, and you model what senior-level client service looks like in this department.
You have already proven you can manage JV relationships and close deals. What we are looking for now is the professional who does it at a higher level, on more complex deals, with a book of partners that compounds over time and a market presence that attracts new business independently.

The Sr. Private Client Executive is the final step before VP of Private Client Partnerships. PCEs who demonstrate consistent production, senior-level deal judgment, a growing self-generated book, and the leadership instincts to develop others are the first in line when a VP seat opens.

The Sr. Private Client Executive carries the full scope of client services responsibilities for their book at a senior level. You onboard clients, evaluate deals with precision, maintain world-class communication standards, manage deal cards and client data, and develop your own book beyond company-assigned relationships. You are also the go-to resource when PCCs need guidance on complex situations, and you model the standard of this department in everything you do.
A Sr. Private Client Executive at Fazio is measured by the quality and consistency of their book, the client experience they deliver, and the business those relationships compound over time. You will know you are excelling when your Private Clients are satisfied, their deal submissions are improving, your repeat partner relationships are growing, your self-generated book is producing, and the PCCs around you are better at their job because of your presence in this department.
Prior real estate, sales, or relationship management experience is helpful but not required. What matters most is how you communicate, how you build relationships, and how you operate under your own initiative. What we require is non-negotiable regardless of your background.
