Sr. Private Client Executive

The Sr. Private Client Executive is the experienced relationship producer in Fazio's B2B Private Client department. You manage a book of established JV partners, develop new high-value partnerships, and mentor PCCs through the relationship-building process.

At this level, partners seek you out. You have a reputation in the market, a deep understanding of deal structures, and the judgment to identify which partnerships are worth pursuing and which are not. You close more deals because you build better relationships.

• Manage a book of established high-value JV partners with consistent relationship touchpoints
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities at a senior level
• Negotiate favorable split terms and deal structures on incoming submissions
• Provide deal guidance to partners on valuation, exit strategy, and timeline
• Mentor Private Client Consultants through partnership development and deal coordination
• Maintain complete partner records, deal notes, and activity logs in ReSimply CRM

• Established network in the wholesale real estate, investment, or related industry
• Proven track record in business development, partnership management, or investor relations
• Deep understanding of JV deal structures, splits, and exit strategies
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for favorable terms
• Leadership presence -- you make the PCCs around you sharper
